Eligible organisations include, but are not limited to:

 

• Schools, RTOs, childcare providers

• Training organisations, universities

• Creative or skill-based training providers

 

Judging Criteria:

The Best in Business judges will assess the following criteria when judging excellence in this category:

• Quality of Education & Delivery – Demonstrates a high standard of education delivery through structured programs, effective teaching methods, and alignment with industry or educational standards.

• Student Outcomes & Success – Evidence of positive outcomes for students or participants, including skill development, completion, and progression. 

• Innovation & Continuous Improvement – Implementation of new teaching methods, technologies, or program improvements that enhance learning outcomes.

• Business Operations – Effective management of programs, compliance, and service delivery systems.

• Business Performance & Financial Sustainability – Demonstrates the ability to operate a financially sustainable organisation, including effective resource management and long-term viability.

• Community Contribution – Engagement with and contribution to the local education community.

• People & Culture – Support and development of staff and educators.

• Inclusiveness & Accessibility – Commitment to accessible and inclusive education for diverse individuals.
