It celebrates those who make a meaningful impact on the lives and careers of their students or participants, fostering growth, skill development, and lifelong learning opportunities.

• Registered Training Organisations

• Schools

• Swim Schools

• Music Schools

• Dance Schools

• University Providers

• Apprenticeship and Traineeship Providers

• Driving Schools

• Art Workshops/Schools

 

Judging Criteria:

The Best in Business Committee will assess the following criteria when judging excellence in this category:

• Quality of Education: The standard of education and training provided by the organisation.

• Innovation in Teaching: The use of innovative teaching methods or technologies.

• Student Success: The success rates of students or participants in their educational or training programs.

• Community Engagement: The organisation's engagement with the local community and its impact on education and training.

• Staff Culture: The organisation's efforts to promote a positive and inclusive staff culture, including professional development opportunities and support for staff wellbeing.

• Accessibility: The accessibility of education and training services to a wide range of individuals.

• Inclusiveness & Accessibility: The promotion of inclusivity and accessibility in the business's operations and services.
