To be eligible, the organisation must be an Incorporated Association with its head office located in the Gladstone Region. This award celebrates organisations that excel in their mission, making a significant positive impact through dedication, innovation, and meaningful contributions to the community.

The Best in Business judges will assess the following criteria when judging excellence in this category:
