This award honours an inspirational young business leader, aged 35 or under as of July 1, 2025, who has demonstrated exceptional commitment to their workplace, industry, and community through outstanding leadership. It celebrates individuals who excel in their professional roles while making significant contributions to their industry and the broader community.

 

Eligibility:

To be eligible for this category, the individual must be a business owner or have held a senior management or executive-level position within their organisation for a minimum of 12 months at the time of entry.

Judging Criteria:
The Judges will evaluate the following criteria to assess excellence in this category:

• Leadership Qualities: How the nominee has demonstrated strong leadership skills.

• Achievements: Specific outcomes and successes the nominee has accomplished and contributions to their industry.

• Overcoming Challenges: Any barriers or difficulties the nominee has faced and how they overcame them.

• Community Impact: How the nominee’s leadership has benefited the community.

• Inclusiveness & Accessibility: The promotion of inclusivity and accessibility in the business's operations and services.
