• Must be an event delivered within the Gladstone Region.

• Sporting Carnivals

• Trade Exhibitions

• Business Conferences

• Community Markets

• Charity Balls

 

Judging Criteria:

 

The Best in Business Judges will assess events based on excellence in the following areas:

• Event Experience & Quality – Delivery of a high-quality, engaging, and well-executed event

• Participation & Reach – Strong attendance, engagement, and audience diversity.

• Innovation & Creativity – Use of creative or innovative ideas to enhance the event.

• Event Management & Execution – Effective planning, coordination, and delivery.

• Business Performance & Financial Sustainability – Demonstrates effective financial planning and resource management to ensure the event is viable and sustainable.

• Community & Economic Impact – Contribution to local community and economy.

• Marketing & Promotion – Effectiveness of marketing strategies.

• Inclusiveness & Accessibility – Accessibility and inclusiveness of the event.
